Rewilding in the Redwoods Forest Bath
Two hours in the redwoods. No agenda, cut off from anyone needing anything from you. Just tall trees, soft ground, and the forest to remind you that you are made of nature.
This is a guided forest bathing experience. Slow, sensory, and restorative. We'll move gently through the trees together, pausing to notice, breathe, and simply be. Forest bathing isn't hiking. It's the practice of letting nature do what it has always done hold you, restore you, remind you who you are when you're not taking care of everything else.
For anyone who needs the trees right now.
Bring: Comfortable layers, walking shoes, water bottle
Where: Purisima Creek Road Trailhead
Proceeds from this event will be donated to support the environment with The HEAL Project.
